Louisa - Certified Practitioner - Certified 2025.

“This training was likely the most meaningful thing I've ever done. It was part training of the deepest integrity, part complete inner rewilding process, and part creative art project that brought me to a place of trusting in my gifts and the self-organising intelligence of life in a way that I hadn't imagined was possible, especially in that amount of time. I am forever grateful and in awe of the true devotion and advanced intelligence behind it. It's the real deal, and that's rare. Thank you deeply, Katie, and Phoebe!"

“This training is without a doubt the most comprehensive, holistic, and ethically sound I could have hoped to come across. I looked at many different trainings and coaching programs in the fields of sexuality, tantra, and embodiment, and when I read through what was offered in this training, I was an immediate FULL BODY YES!

I’m so grateful I honoured that yes as this has been such a rich, profound, and transformational journey. I’m growing in ways that bring me immense joy, knowing that I’m receiving so much more of my authentic liberated self, which is coming back online from participating in this training.

Through this first-hand experience of updating so many new versions of myself, I am blooming with excitement to be able to share this with my clients. The course is delivered in a very considerate and digestible manner. This is the kind of healing work that will help change the world. Thank you, Katie & Phoebe.”

“What this training softens to cascade change inside the self is priceless, surprising and delightfully pleasurable. I am in deep gratitude and fierce appreciation of the ethics of the course created and facilitated by Katie and Phoebe. Truly incredible! I look forward to deepening in this work with the school and weaving in the practices I am in self-scholarship around. This is the change each cell of the universe has been calling for. Love and creative power.”

Diversity Policy

Our training are informed by the Right Use of Power teachings training practitioners with the knowledge and skills required to effectively provide somatic sex education to people of all gender identities, sexualities, relationship structures, race and cultural backgrounds, in line with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP Good Practice across the Counselling Professions 001: Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD).

We have trained practitioners from many parts of the world who represent diverse cultures, and we are especially grateful to have members of our faculty who represent all voices as part of the conversation.

‘Having known being an outsider from a young age uprooted from cultural belonging, these matters matter to me personally’ - Katie Sarra

At the Relational Harmony Institute, we are deeply committed to inclusivity and recognise systemic power structures that impact the ability to participate in Up Power roles.

We have developed our curriculum and ethics and positively received practitioners from marginalised minorities to join the training with bursary plaes. We are currently training a bank of professional supervisors and are keen to welcome underrepresented aspects of being human into these up-power influencer roles. We have exceeded the requirements of the Memorandum of Understanding on Conversion Therapy V2, which states:

‘Those with a responsibility for training will work to ensure that training prepares therapists to have sufficient levels of cultural competence such that they can work effectively with gender and sexually diverse clients.’

Amy Rumbolt - Certified Practitioner - Certified 2025.

“The CSI training is a thorough world of exploration, reflection and deep learning. It embraces the richness of the soma-sexual-spiritual experience while weaving necessary teachings of science throughout. The micro-skills of somatic recognition, the wheel of consent and the right use of power are such impactful aspects of relating to ourselves and others. To me, the diverse teachings in SIP represent a unique missing piece to most erotic and sex education spaces that I feel are devastating to be without, especially as practitioners who want to work in 1:1 scenarios.

Learning through the IRHS brought me an embodied understanding of what it means to be in service. I cried, laughed and felt utterly supported throughout this year of training and learning while being constantly reminded of my deepest why's around this work.

Katie and Phoebe embrace each lesson with such compassion, acceptance and warmth. Paired with a wealth of knowledge and experience from them both. "

  • Stage 1 ~ Discovery meeting

Meet with Katie Sarra, director of the training in a discovery call to get a feel for the ethos and the visionary purpose of the curriculum to illuminate ways this training might serve your professional development. This is an opportunity to learn about the course structures.

This is a meeting for you to ask questions and for us to meet and feel our resonances with each other to inform next steps. (Please set aside 30 - 50 minutes for this call)

We will reflect together about your visionary purpose and ethics exploring ways this training might weave in with your life enhancing you being in service in the ways you are delivering your gifts to the aspects of humanity you are wanting to serve.

  • Stage 3 - Formal offer of place

After your interview and we have decided this is a harmonious fit, we will write to you with a formal offer of place as part of the upcoming cohort with guidance with the next steps towards enrolment. Your enrolment is secured with a £900 enrolment fee.

In the event of us not being in a position to offer you a place at this time, for example, if we have reached 20- 24 capacity, we will offer you the opportunity of the first option next intake.

  • TESTIMONIAL - CSI CSB STUDENT in the 2023 Cohort

Inhabiting new ways of being

“My body is learning that it is safe to take care of myself. That I can say no and honour my limits & still belong.” - Adriana

TESTIMONIAL - CSB STUDENT - 2023 COHORT

  • Being part of a community involves representing our needs and acknowledging the needs of others.

This training is an exploration into the ethics of self-care and duty of care with another and our ability to co-create relationship agreements that can honour and care for aspects of ourselves as we learn our limits and with others as they are learning theirs.

  • Embodiment involves enhancing the granularity of language and touch informed by our felt senses that support co-creating ethical professional boundary relationship agreements. This is how we care for the aspects of ourselves and others that need acknowledging. These are different for each of us and when tested show us our limits. This is often how we discover our limits in relation to our self-acceptance with unacknowledged needs.
