Worldwide, it is acknowledged that may sexuality trainings alone does not equip practitioners with all the necessary skills and tools for ethical practice in our current climate. As practitioners working in this highly skilled work, we might inevitably have blind spots with power and consent without the structures, language, and framework to navigate these. It can be understood that we are experientially blind without symbols and language to reference and categorise unconscious dynamics at play in relationships. The absence of these structural ways of recognising these dynamics has led to multiple unintended client impacts and painful grievance processes for practitioners.

We have significantly updated our Practitioner training, now offering a two-year program. The first nine months provide the foundational skills in Relational Erotic and Emotional Fluency training, understanding the dynamics of power differentials, applying Clean Language and Body Poem™ as a coaching model that limits unintended reframes of another’s experience and our unique blend of power awareness-informed Wheel of Consent™ teachings.
We are passionate about sharing these essential updates with our community of sexuality practitioners who may have yet to receive these tools in their training to prevent this vital work from falling into disrepute.
Good faith and intention impact mismatches
Many practitioners come into this field of work in good faith, understanding the potential of facilitating somatic openings that can integrate exiled aspects of ourselves and transform pain into pleasure. However, clients and practitioners alike can be left with emotional hangovers without the skills and resilience to navigate common intention impact mismatches. Practitioners may withdraw from this vital work, fearing the consequences of ruptures without the skills to navigate these to come back to ethical integrity and trust. Any rupture seeks acknowledgement and justice, and this training will teach you how to facilitate this and make this a turning point in a person’s healing journey, contributing to a turning point in your path with heart.

Video sessions Coaching - £135 per 90-minute session
We have decided to offer our Ethics MasterClass training in one-on-one sessions to facilitate the privacy often required when navigating ethical blindspots. This way, you can privately explore your learning edges and update your professional practice without the pressure to perform, which frequently occurs in group training programs, especially when our reputation is at stake. This is an opportunity to retrain privately. When enough of us have navigated these professionally vulnerable times, established ethical confidence, and are well-versed in the new paradigm's categorisations and structures that support this, group supervision for staying in a close-knit community can be made available.
These MasterClasses allow you to learn all of the above Ethical frameworks and skills step by step in stages.
Step 1 - Arrange a complimentary 30-minute Discovery call with Katie Sarra or Phoebe Garland. This is an opportunity to share the learning edges you are navigating and ask your questions.
Step 2—Arrange a one-hour supervision session with the learning edges you are navigating, facilitated by the IRHS Supervision structure - £90.00
Step 3 - Send a private video session as an example of your practice. This will be held in the strictest confidence and deleted after your coaching session. This offers bespoke written coaching opportunities that other types of supervision miss. There is much to learn in the live facilitation process rather than just in the reflections. We hope you will come to love yourself through this challenging process, with much to learn. Phoebe or Katie will watch your recording and write detailed coaching feedback in preparation for your coaching call - £90.00
Step 4—Arrange a 90-minute call to receive expert coaching that includes teachings from the Right Use of Power, Wheel of Consent, Body Poem, and the latest Sexological Intimacy Training and Bodywork syllabus to update your practice and give you the ethical confidence required for working in this field in the current climate.
