Lea Schulz is a Certified Somatic Intimacy Coach, trained through the Relational Harmony Institute and working in German and English, in Germany and online, under the name Her Wild Essence.

In her own words: “To support women in reclaiming authentic pleasure as a way of living, free from societal conditioning and expectations.”

Her practice draws on the REEF™ model — the Wheel of Consent®, Right Use of Power™ and Body Poem™ — alongside trauma-informed somatic practice, a background in social work and training in somatics, dance and choreography.
