The Relational Harmony Institute Postgraduate Community

Ethics is a community responsibility

We are dedicated to creating, maintaining, and updating standards of ethical practice, supporting practitioners in realising their creative potential.

The Postgraduate Program

These monthly meetings provide a consistent opportunity for continued community learning and growth, support the navigation of learning edges and ethics with kindness, and celebrate your achievements.

These community meetings are 90-minute Facilitated Webinars led by one of our Sex Educators, a visiting facilitator, or a current teacher team member.

The webinars focus on what supports our individual and collective continuing professional development as leading-edge practitioners.

As a Certified Somatic Intimacy Practitioner and during the supervised practicum phase of your training, you can participate in the Postgraduate CPD monthly webinars. These help you remain part of your supportive cohort’s community beyond the training dates.

You will be warmly invited to join our thriving multi-year community, where everyone's unique perspectives and experiences are valued. Here, you will have access to a library of resources that support you in staying connected with leading-edge practices in our field in your postgraduate years

We meet on the first Thursday of every month from 5 to 6.30 pm UK time, and we look forward to your participation.

Community

We understand ethics as being a community responsibility. As edge walkers in society, giving and receiving support with your peers means that whenever there are learning edges emerging in your professional practice, you are never alone with these.

Continuing to be part of your cohort’s community beyond the training dates and connecting with other years enriches spiral learning and growth as you navigate your learning edges, supporting you to be at the leading edge of our profession.

You can deepen ethics and kindness with recognition and acknowledgement, and celebrate your achievements.

Professional 1-1 Supervision

Participating in professional supervision is part of your certification to practice.

You can choose from our panel of professionally trained supervisors who have trained in the RHI CSSE Supervisor program.

Supporting each other with your Professional Practice as a Graduate

Throughout the training, you will have opportunities to receive sessions from your classmates each week. Built into these sessions are reflections and feedback. This supports insights and practitioner confidence so that everyone recognises their gifts.

Testimonials

We invite you to share testimonials for practitioners whose sessions have touched your heart, facilitated somatic openings, and provided insights into your inhabiting new ways of being or anything else you are grateful for.

These testimonials you write for each other can be shared to inspire your future clients to understand your gifts of service.

Resources

The Relational Harmony Postgraduate community space hosts a library of resources to support your professional practice by staying abreast of leading-edge ethics with updates to your training.

Your postgraduate membership will include access in 2026-7 to the latest training materials and practitioner manuals published after your graduation. This is a developing service that will have a small membership fee to help facilitate this when all our teaching materials are published.

Presenters

Each year, Somatic Sex Educators in the Third Year of CSSE training present a webinar. These webinars are transformed into Educational pieces and added to our resource library.

We also welcome specialists in related fields of study to present webinars on specific topics.

This is where you will also meet our teacher team live and hear about their latest CPD training, with opportunities to network and share experiences with other graduates in our multi-year community.

Peer Supervision groups

As you step into professional practice, continuing the heartfelt relationships and bonds you have developed with peers is essential for you as an edge walker in this world. A place you can bring your vulnerabilities to peers who have had your back through the training.

As part of your continuing professional development, we recommend you meet to practice the Relational Harmony Peer Supervision structure with each other. This keeps you in the loop with each other and offers a diversity of perspectives, or forming an ongoing closed group when you find a comfortable configuration in which you wish to deepen relationships.
