Dr Phoebe Garland is co-director of the Relational Harmony Institute, a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sex Educator and RHI Professional Supervisor, working in Wales and online.

In her own words: “My purpose is to support practitioners with professional supervision as a path to greater personal and professional growth.”

Phoebe co-developed the REEF™ (Relational Erotic and Emotional Fluency) model with Katie Sarra, bringing thirty years of medical and mindfulness practice to the Institute’s syllabus, alongside the Wheel of Consent®, Right Use of Power™ and Body Poem™. She qualified MBBS London in 1991.

Supervision takes place in Wales and online. Enquiries come through the RHI practitioner directory.

Phoebe is Certified with the Relational Harmony Institute, holding Certificates in Sexological Bodywork and Somatic Sex Education. Certification requires completed training, supervised practice, assessment and adherence to the RHI Code of Ethics.
