Dr Phoebe Garland is co-director of the Relational Harmony Institute and a Certified Somatic Sex Educator and Professional Supervisor, working in Wales and online.

In her own words: “My purpose is to support practitioners with professional supervision as a path to greater personal and professional growth.”

Phoebe co-developed the REEF™ (Relational Erotic and Emotional Fluency) model with Katie Sarra, bringing thirty years of medical and mindfulness practice to the Institute’s syllabus, alongside the Wheel of Consent®, Right Use of Power™ and Body Poem™.

Supervision takes place in Wales and online. Enquiries come through the RHI practitioner directory.

Phoebe holds certification through the Relational Harmony Institute, which requires completed training, supervised practice, assessment and adherence to the RHI Code of Ethics.
